No tenía ningún problema hasta la fecha pero hoy acudí a comprar Gas y aún lado de el listado de precios por litro especifica claramente que en la compra de 35litros de gas llevas 37 a lo cual en el área de llenado solo me dieron 35 litros de gas, regrese a la caja para hacer la aclaración que yo pedí y pagué 35 litros de gas y no me dieron los 37 que especificaba la hoja y la personaque estaba en caja me dijo por el interfon que no me podia dar los 37 litros de gas por que yo no le dije que "LLENO".
La situación es que no dejan claras sus cláusulas, aclaraciones, especificaciones etc; y no respetan lo que promueven.
Very bad service and very despotic treatment by the workers.
I had no problem to date but today I went to buy Gas and even next to the list of prices per liter it clearly specifies that in the purchase of 35 liters of gas you carry 37 to which in the filling area they only gave me 35 liters of gas , I returned to the checkout to make the clarification that I requested and I paid 35 liters of gas and they did not give me the 37 that the sheet specified and the person who was at the checkout told me through the intercom that he could not give me the 37 liters of gas for I did not tell him "FULL".
The situation is that their clauses, clarifications, specifications, etc are not clear; and they don't respect what they promote.
