★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, personal atento resolviendo dudas para abonar tarjetas. Lo malo es que nunca les surten tarjetas, hay que pedir favor para ingresar dándole el dinero del pasaje a quien ya la tiene.

Los inconvenientes se deben a algunos habitantes de la zona, porque hay personas que, no salen de la estación, por los torniquetes para usar las rampas, en lugar de eso, saltan a la avenida López Portillo, desde la plataforma, exponiendo su vida, ya que pueden ocasionar accidentes y la vida de automovilistas. Del mismo modo algunos evitan el pago del servicio, saltando de la avenida a la plataforma.
