M	Moisés Gutiérrez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gyozas de pork belly muy buenas, el ramen lamentablemente lo sentí muy simple igual que la carne que lo acompaña, la panceta no tenia el sabor característico del ramen (no le ponen tare) pedí el MISO y sobre los toppings no viene acompañado con huevo, en su lugar una cantidad increíble de elotes y col morada. No me convenció ? Sobre el tiempo de preparación de los alimentos, tener en mente que lo preparan en el momento así que tiempo estimado es de entre 20/30 minutos. El único inconveniente de la espera es el calor ? Sobre el lugar, si vas por la tarde (entre 2 y 4) vas a sufrir del excesivo calor que tenemos en Cancún, a pesar de estar sobre avenida el restaurante no tiene tanta ventilación , no cuentan con A/A, para tener en mente. It's a small hole in the wall, and from my experience these are the best once. And also this time. Two guys working there and they are so sweet! Soup is beautiful and noodles got nice texture. Had miso ramen (amazing) and the goysa today and they were probably the best once I've ever had!! Wish I got 2 portions. I've been to the fancy expensive ramen places in Cancun. This is so much better. I did take away and asked for more chilled, PERFECT

Worth a walk from downtown, and much closer to the feel of a legit ramen stand than what you'll find elsewhere in the area, but still relaxed and comfortable.

He was very attentive to us and met all my needs to have a pleasant and amazing dinner. Thank you for a bowl of happiness i won’t forget and will definitely visit once again when i come back to Cancun!!
