★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The south end of the yard at the signals near PC 1270 is controlled by the Cartel del Noreste. They watch all inbound and outbound trains and when they see migrants aboard they will climb on and force them to jump off. The cartel then kidnaps them and either forces them into slavery or holds them for ransom. Yard security and crews turn a blind eye to this and the cartels operate out in the open wearing hats with logos of the CDN.
