★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were lied to about the price. We were way over charged in the end due to the cashier playing like he did not understand. Thankfully our banks protect us from this, but this place is suspect and should be reported as fraudulent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great tasting tequila, and was charged fairly. I definitely would go back or recommend. The clerk had a lot of knowledge and is a dual citizen... so perfect English. I got a lot of tequila that I love for under $200 usd. Also I didn't have to haggle prices are on bottom of bottles and was cheaper by almost half upon checkout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in playa del Carmen on July 22, 2021 and I purchased 5 bottles of tequila for $170 USD. And was charged again on July 23, 2021. Of course using my credit card the charge did not appear til I got back home to Michigan. I am so mad. But what can I do. And the sad thing is the person I was dealing with has taught their child who rang up the sale to be a thief and a cheat. What a terrible business practice. Please be aware of this thieving establishment. Please be careful people. It’s a good thing I used my credit card And was able to stop the payment from happening. This establishment should be ashamed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located ion 5th Ave the employees strike up conversations with passerby’s and offer free tequila samples. Once in the store they chat you up and give you some tequila to try. Nothing is priced so the employees must tell you the price. We sampled some and decided to purchase a bottle. We asked the price and decided not to buy it thinking it was overpriced. The employee then came down on the price and we countered back at a lesser price and he said ok. Here’s where the problem begins. The employee hands the bottle to the cashier in the back says something to her and walks away. She rings it up and we pay. But something isn’t adding up so we look at the receipt and we re charged $20 US over. We pointed it out to the cashier but she said she didn’t know English. So we went to the employee we were dealing with and after a big of a reminder conversation he acknowledged we had agreed to a different price but then said the additional costs were taxes and the exchange rate. This wasn’t what the employee had initially told us so we wanted to return the bottle and get a refund. We hadn’t even left the store. The employee said he didn’t know how to do that in the register and we would have to come back the following day and speak to his manager. This didn’t sound right to us either. More back and forth took place and eventually the employee offered to give us a second bottle for no extra charge. Still not the result we wanted but it was at least something. After having some at our hotel we noticed that the alcohol level was very low especially in regards to tequila. In fact, it froze when placed in the freezer. Watch out for this place, It’s employees, and it’s product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had good experience there. Huge choice of craft tequila and mescal what you can't find anywhere else. You can try many kinds there. Don't forget to bargain a bit. Cheers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a world class tasting, at whatever level you come in. I worked as a distiller and head blender and my husband is a hobby distiller. Oscar was able to give us one of the best tastings we've ever had, and this is coming from us, who have hosted and attended many tastings. Oscar has world class spirits, knowledge, and teaching skills, and his Mexican hospitality and passion was a highlight of our trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY ANGRY... don't go there!! The sealer was really nice, gave us BIG shots of Tequila to taste and told us if we bought 2 tequila bottles they gave us a Tequila cream free. The total was supossed to be 145$ US, but they charge us 185$ on the credit card. Because of the exchange in pesos money and with the big shoots that made us a little tipsy we did not verified the amount. GRRRRRR...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service by a guy with an Argentina accent.
he is a fraud, he will steal your money!!! He over charges tequila for fun! We had such bad experience with that guy he was rude he told us a price for a tequila and ended up charging us 120 US dollars for a no named brand tequila! And when we over heard him telling the cashier to charge us over the price he previously told us, he made it seem like it was our fault that we didn’t hear the correct price after they’ve ran our credit card! Just don’t go here don’t waste your time with these people! They’re frauds!
Ese hombre de tamaño pequeño con ojos de color acento argentino pésimo servicio deberían de correlón de ahí! Está representado mal alos mexicanos! Pésimo servicio!
