Las máquinas no aceptan todos los billetes, nos tardamos alrededor de 3 min en hacer esa operación y el personal de servicio no nos atendía a pesar de ver el problema, cuando solicitamos su ayuda tuvieron una pésima actitud de servicio y solo por esa demora de 3 min nos cobraron una hora más (25 pesos).
Cero recomendable!
THEY DO NOT ACCEPT TICKETS!!
The machines do not accept all bills, it took us about 3 minutes to do this operation and the service staff did not attend us despite seeing the problem, when we asked for their help they had a terrible service attitude and only because of that delay of 3 min we were charged an hour more (25 pesos).
