V	Victor Velazquez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moderno estacionamiento con elevador para el carro...lo que no me gustó es que al dejarlo ahí no me dieron ningún comprobante, ni me preguntaron nombre, ni nada. Solo el nombre del hotel que me asignó ese lugar para dejar mi carro. No hubo ningún problema...pero creo que esa mala organización les puede ocasionar problemas en un futuro. Modern parking with elevator for the car ... what I did not like is that when I left it there they did not give me any receipt, nor did they ask me for a name, or anything. Only the name of the hotel that assigned me that place to leave my car. There was no problem ... but I think that bad organization could cause problems for them in the future.

Ni un descuento ofrecieron para compensar el gasto extra de mi Uber ni tampoco pidieron disculpas Terrible service. A	Alfonso Somellera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, en dos ocasiones he tenido problemas con este lugar, la primera fue que al recoger mi carro se les quedó atascado el elevador con mi carro adentro, y la solución que me ofrecieron fue que pasara por el al día siguiente y me mandaban en Uber, cosa que no podía pues necesitaba mi carro al día siguiente, me tuvieron 3 horas esperando para que pudiera ir alguien a desatorar el elevador. La segunda fue que me cobraron una hora de más, mi ingreso fue 21:42 y pase a recogerlo 00:21 y me cobraron tarifa de 3 horas y media a 4 horas, cosa que me dijeron así estaba estipulado en su reglamento.
