★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tardaron 30 minutos en recibir mi auto , cierran a las 10:00 sin tolerancia , llegue 9:59 y no quisieron darme mi auto , con prepotencia me dijeron que no podían abrir la puerta y que regresara al otro día . Hay más estacionamientos de 24 horas y con mejor servicio .
It took 30 minutes to receive my car, they close at 10:00 without tolerance, I arrived at 9:59 and they didn't want to give me my car, they told me that they couldn't open the door and come back the next day. There are more parking lots of 24 hours and with better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona que da los boletos nos lo dió roto y al comentarle que si así no habría problema me dijo que no y por lo cual me fui ya que llevaba prisa, al regresar por mi auto me comentaron que el boleto estaba roto y que no podrían aceptarlo, les mencioné que así me lo habían dado y que incluso le dijeron que no habria problema sin embargo me comentaron que yo lo rompí y se me pusieron bien pesados y agresivos, cabe resaltar que la persona a la que le sucedió esto fue mi esposa y no se vale que se ponga así con ella o con cualquiera. Pésimo servicio, mala atención y sobretodo esa actitud de que se sienten que no les pueden hacer nada. Según ellos
