★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bueno el estacionamiento y si es caro 36 pesos x hora y 8 mas cada 15 minutos es para ir un par de horas y ya si quieres pasar el dia pues unos 500 pesos los cajeros no son amables supongo que es una chamba estresante pero comodo y a lo que vas cierran ala 9 pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una pena que este estacionamiento se haga la mala fama de ratero, a cinco usuarios que estábamos ahí pagando no nos devolvió el cambio la máquina de cobro. Un hombre me dijo: siempre se queda con el cambio, a mí ya me lo hizo dos veces. De por sí el estacionamiento es caro para las condiciones en las que está. A mí no me gusta resignarme cuando las cosas pueden mejorarse, así que fui a hablar con un encargado y me dijo que la máquina así era y que no podían hacer nada. Eso es robar, y con la cantidad de gente que va, es mucho dinero cada semana. Nos guste o no, la Basílica es representante de parte de la cultura mexicana y si a la religión católica le interesa generar una buena imagen deberían arreglar todos los detalles a su alrededor, incluido el sistema en el estacionamiento. Hay que cambiar la idea de que todo es puro negocio y en este caso hasta un robo. Mejoremos todos.
It is a pity that this parking lot has a bad reputation as a thief, five users who were paying there did not get our change back from the payment machine. I don't like to resign myself when things can be improved, so I went to talk to a manager and he told me that the machine was like that and that they couldn't do anything. That's stealing, and with the amount of people that go, that's a lot of money every week. Whether we like it or not, the Basilica is representative of part of the Mexican culture and if the Catholic religion is interested in generating a good image, they should fix all the details around it, including the system in the parking lot. We must change the idea that everything is pure business and in this case even a robbery. Let's all improve.
