All parking spots are covered. This place is one of the closest to the pier and it costs the same as any other parking lot around.

Amazing service, reliable and very quick answers on what's app. I highly recommend this car parking. Also our car was in a good condition and protected from rain.

Great service, car was kept safe and free of damages. The owner built the property in such a way so that each car is kept under their own roof and thus retain them from the weather. The pavement is covered in beach pebbles (no use of mortars) to create noise and vibration to slow down vehicles and to aid owner with water drainage. The other advantage of this kind of pavement is that the noisy nature of the surface alerts whoever is inside in charge of the property of approaching cars. The practical side of using stones instead of asphalt or concrete is the cheap maintenance required. The stones, however, are moderately even as opposed to roughly rectangular to avoid risking car tires flat (our rented car, for instance, did not have spare tires in case we ran into a flat tire!!). The fee charged in this car parking is 100 MXN for every 24hs and 50 MXN for every 12hs. I truly do not regret having chosen Cirilo's service and made this decision based on some reviews I've read on the internet. So, guys, keep posting your reviews, and together we will raise the bar and help other travelers. Yes, we can do this, guys!! It not only supports property owners on their amazing jobs but also encourages others to make a better job or change their views on past bad service. I've read various bad reviews on random blogs on the internet and could not decide for weeks what to do due to uncommitted people saying all sorts of things. But, I decided to rely on Cirilo's service thanks to a few decent reviews here on Google Maps, plus they usually reply messages sent over to them - meaning, there's someone taking care of the business on the other side... Just close to the harbor ! Perfect to park the car for Holbox

Close by the ferry. Not very interested lady at the counter. 100 pesos/day as in all the places around. Restrooms 5 pesos. All in all okay.

100 pesos per day is absolutely ok! Seems to be a secure place to park your car here for a couple of days. There are cheaper spots, but it’s very close to the ferry and this is way I parked here. There are also bike taxis who will help you to bring the luggage to the ferry for about 30 pesos.

This place is great $5 USD/day covered and gated parking…the family lives next door so when we took the 5am ferry to go to Chichén Itza we were able to knock on the door for them to open the gate. Thank you!
