★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece una excelente opción para dejar el auto si va uno a viajar a Isla Mujeres por Ferry, el estacionamiento tiene varios pisos es amplio y no tuve problemas, los cajones son amplios, cuenta con elevador y sale uno directo a la plaza, también una ventaja es que trabaja 24 hrs., por lo que puede uno ir a actividades nocturnas sin preocupaciones por el estacionamiento.
 It seems to me an excellent option to leave the car if one is going to travel to Isla Mujeres by ferry, the parking lot has several floors, it is spacious and I had no problems, the spaces are spacious, it has an elevator and one goes directly to the plaza, also a advantage is that it works 24 hours, so you can go to night activities without worrying about parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de facturación, tengo más de mes y medio tratando de facturar consumos frecuentes, la atención que te dan en el lugar es mala y la información es incorrecta, cada vez dan correos diferentes para solicitar facturas y todos son inexistentes.
Terrible billing service, I have been trying to bill frequent consumption for more than a month and a half, the attention they give you in the place is bad and the information is incorrect, each time they give different emails to request invoices and all of them are non-existent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place SCAMMED with with $480 pesos to get gate opened. Kiosk machine never gave me the parking card back and worker would not open gate for me after I had paid parking ticket. I literally only got in the pirate boat ride and came back. Long story short, the employees are in it as they communicate to rig the kiosk machines and don’t want to look at cameras. They said if I didn’t pay the extra fee I wouldn’t be able to get the car out. Please be aware!
