Caro paro lo que ofrece la plaza, recomendación nunca dejen que les laven su carro en el estacionamiento los dejan súper mal, llenos de grasa.

Ahora bien. No es que el estacionamiento sea malo, que este poco iluminado, los lugares sean limitados o incómodos. Sin embargo es que su costo es bastante caro.
Como consumidor sabes que ir a un plaza en automóvil si bien es cómodo, también sea un costo extra. Pero usualmente las plazas suelen tener precios más accesibles, y al menos un negocio donde te sellen el boleto y puedan darte un descuento o un precio preferencial.
Sin embargo en Encuentro Oceanía, no ocurre así. Cabe mencionar que la plaza no ha sido terminada de construir, en realidad solo está "la mitad" funcional. Y que su negocio eje es IKEA.
Por lo mismo me parece que el hecho de que cobre $10 Pesos MXN por cada 30 minutos es algo exagerado. De igual manera, que no hay tarifas de 15 minutos como suele ser en otras plazas.
Creo que sí se tuviera la consideración en ese sentido la misma plaza tendría más flujo de gente, porque aunque tengas ganas de ir, el simple hecho de saber que el costo de estacionamiento es tan alto. Te desmotiva.

El operador del estacionamiento presta mal servicio en temas de información de servicios y facturación (De hecho no te facturan).
Importante considerar los costos pues son en base a fracción de tiempo. La primera fracción es de $20.00 pesos por la primer hora.
Existe múltiple personal de auxilio en estacionamiento, sin embargo la atención es deficiente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No voy a hablar de si es o no es caro, lo que me molesta es que cobren exactamente lo mismo para motos y autos pero las motos tienen un lugar designado súper lejos de la entrada y con poca vigilancia.
Si van a cobrar lo mismo, como motociclistas deberíamos poder estacionarnos en cualquier cajón que encontremos vacío, sería lo justo.
