El que cobra te dice que son $100 de base quieras o no, aún cuando el tarifario dice $40 la hora objetando que así es la tarifa y punto.
Preferí no pelear ahí pero meteré mi queja con PROFECO para que no sigan robando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La entrada y salida se registran con diferentes dispositivos, no sabes si tienen las misma hora y el cálculo de horas lo hacen de manera manual , entonces es muy probable que te cobren de más, la tarifa mínima por camioneta es $100 pues te cobran al menos dos horas, el manejó de los vehículos es muy agresivo y el lugar donde entregan los vehículos es muy obscuro, no puedes verificar que no lo hayan raspado o chocado, si están leyendo esto después de haber estacionado seguramente tuviste una muy mala experiencia, no lo vuelvas a estacionar ahí y deja tu comentario, Saludos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El encargado se las ingenia para cobrar las horas completas, en mi caso fue hora y 10 minutos y me cobró 2 horas, se las pagué para evitar dañaran mi vehiculo, ¿Creén que todos los clientes ignoramos el reglamento de estacionamientos de la ciudad de México?. En fín parte de la idiosincracia de mi bello México. (No todos lo bueno)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible este lugar, se supone que es estacionamiento y pensión lo que es 24hrs tiene convenio con un hotel y hasta fuimos para que nos apoyaran y tampoco les contestaron, es la 1:20 de la mañana y desde hace dos horas estoy tocando para que me abran nadie atiende y mi carro sigue adentro que voy a hacer?? Ninguno de los trabajadores me aviso a que hora cerraban... como resultado de ese día, resulta que ahí estuvieron toda la noche pero no me quisieron devolver el carro, me cobraron más de 500 por tenerlo ahí esa noche y me robaron una chamarra que dejé en el carro??????

El boleto marcado en liverpool no me sirvió para la cortesía porque quieren un holograma que en la tienda no me pusieron, solo el sello. Debo aclarar que no era la primera vez que dejaba el auto ahí y me habían recibido el sello o prensado de liverpool. Palabras más palabras menos ...roban.
Deben aclarar cómo debe llevar uno el boleto para hacer válida la cortesía.
El contador grosero, gritón y amenazó con no darme el auto. Pésimo trato, ahora me explico porque de unos meses para acá está solo. No sé dejen sorprender. Es un servicio público, privado deben tener mejor trato con el cliente.
