No facturan.
For how expensive it is. They should bill. Your website is not working. They do not answer emails requesting the same, much less the phones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ es horrible el área para dejar tu bicicleta esta invadida día y noche e inclusive en la madrugada por los repartidores con sus grandes mochilas, incluso apartan su lugar encadenando dicha mochila.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: Estacionamiento es amplio, seguro y con muchos accesos, cajones para autos compactos y grandes.
Contras:
1. La atención es malísima, los protocolos de atención a cliente pésimo.
2. El personal NUNCA da soluciones ni explicacio es, cuando el cliente sale perjudicado siempre se escudan en que falló el sistema y se lavan las manos. He tenido 3 problemas y siempre el cliente sale perjudicado sin alternativas.
3. La vigilancia es pobre, hay carros que se estacionan en lugares indebidos o reservados.
Pros: Parking is ample, safe and with many accesses, spaces for compact and large cars.
Cons:
1. The attention is terrible, the customer service protocols are terrible.
2. The staff NEVER gives solutions or explanations, when the client is harmed they always hide behind the fact that the system failed and they wash their hands. I have had 3 problems and always the client is harmed without alternatives.
3. The surveillance is poor, there are cars that park in improper or reserved places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estos autos no cuentan con la cortesía de discapacidad, por favor procedan con las sanciones pertinentes.
Fui con su área de atención me comentó que no se les inmoviliza porque los usuarios se ponen “locos” y que luego traen a adultos mayores como prueba de que necesitan el lugar y como pretexto de la ocupación del lugar “reservado”.
Si no tienen placa tramiten la suya no sean irresponsables.
