Al regresar por la tarde, me cobraron la tarifa por hora y el encargado de plano me dijo que si no quería regresar no había problema, no acepto la equivocación de su empleado pese a que otro empleado acepto que yo había pedido la tarifa de promoción al llegar.
Terrible service, on Friday I left my car in the morning and requested the promotion rate. When I returned in the afternoon, I was charged the hourly rate and the plan manager told me that if I did not want to return there was no problem, I do not accept the mistake of his employee despite the fact that another employee accepted that I had requested the promotion rate at reach.
