★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia, acudí al teatro y el joven nos comentó que cierran alas 11, la función acabo a las 9:15 PM, y se acudió al estacionamiento a las 9:55 HRS PM, seguramente registrado en sus cámaras, cuando se acude ya estaba cerrado y con un plumón pusieron en la puerta que cerraban acabando la función y abrirían al otro día, lo cual se checo de nuevo el boleto y MAL ya que no ponen horarios, ni teléfono, lo que es un incumplimiento ala ley de vigencia en estacionamiento, me argumentaron que cierran acabando la función lo que no nos explicaron, al final después de preguntar con todos los vecinos del lugar si nos podían contactar con el dueño accedieron a darnos el auto con el cobro extra, pero mala experiencia porque DEBEN poner sus horarios y reglamento en el boleto, ser formales en sus reglamentos y anotarlos, no de palabras porque eso no es legal, aún con lo que nos digan llegamos en horario según su letrero que cierran a las 10 PM. La crítica es para mejorar, ojalá lo vean asi, y como dice su respuesta si solucionaron al final pero la crítica es para poner sus horarios CORRECTOS, hasta su letrero lo dice, no se llegó después de las 10, se tocó dos veces y si al final una de sus vecinas nos atendió con el fin de ya no tocar más la puerta del estacionamiento porque molestabamos a sus perros, repito la crítica es para ayudarle y vea donde está la falla y no pase con otro cliente. Gracias por darnos solución en el día. Se muestra boleto, ojalá pudieran poner teléfono y horarios ya que no coindice con su letrero, así como la página actual ya que dice cierra a las 10 PM y no tienen teléfono de contacto. Se puede mejorar si servicio
