★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El estacionamiento esta bien, es bastante grande y tiene varios empleados para una mejor atención, pero ese día que dejalos el carro ahí, pedimos que lo lavaran y aspiraran, y no ahí si pésimo servicio, me cobraron $80 pesos( el precio está súper) pero no manchen lo dejaron igual, no ví cambio alguno ahí si está del asco. Lo demás está increíble. Tiene sus máquinas para pagar tu estacionamiento, un área de espera agradable y un tiempo corto de entrega.

Cobran por hora por lo que sale muy caro 36 pesos autos pequeños. Camionetas 50.
No es automatizado como dicen. Para todo tienes que esperar a alguien.

Actitud grosera de los empleados, tienes que darles a fuerza las llaves del coche. Me tiraron la ventana del conductor y nadie se hizo responsable. Se "lavaron" las manos de que el cristal ya estaba así. Además de caro, nefastos y nos pasaron a descomponer la ventana.
Nunca vayan! No tiren su dinero, les sale un ojo de la cara.
Disastrous! $126 pesos for 2 and a half hours!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de recoger el auto y entregarlo es Malo. Se equivocan mucho. A mi auto le tomaron mal el número de placa y tardaron mucho para entregarlo.
Para subir los autos, se ve que la rampa de subida y bajada está muy mal diseñada y es un verdadero lío para subir y bajarlos.
Lo uso por la cercanía a los lugares de compra en el centro de la CDMX.
Pero hay que armarse de paciencia para acudir a este lugar.

Pero la actitud del valet es Pésima, son muy groseros y además no cuidan los carros al subirlos y utilizan el carro como si fuera suyo,cabe mencionar que sino les dejas el auto al servicio de valet, se molestan, te tratan mal o te encierran para no salir, el resto del personal muy amable, pero por el valet jamás vuelvo a dejar mi carro con ellos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasto. Costo elevado,aproximadamente $30 por hora y es más para camionetas. Tratan los carros con las patas. Los aceleran y arrancan bruscamente. Se dan la gran vida ajustando el estéreo a su gusto (no entiendo para que si solo lo van a estacionar). Tardan mínimo 30 minutos en traer tu vehículo. Se les pierde y dan mil excusas para traerlo. Encima los simios que tienen por conductores, tras todo lo mencionado, tienen el descaro de pedirte propina. Aún después de ver como venía acelerando el auto.
Las medidas de sana distancia son una broma: son tan lentos que la gente se llega a acumular al grado de tener la fila casi hasta la calle. No se hacen responsables por ningún tipo de daño o artículo dejado en el automóvil. Literal según si no lo declaras, ten por seguro que tendrás que revisar si no lo robaron.
Solo como último recurso recomendaría ir ahí.
