Today upon arrival, despite not having cars waiting to be delivered, they did not receive my car, some employees really worked and others were only unemployed. An hour or so when I returned to pick up the car, I paid for its “service” if it can be called that, they said in 10 minutes maximum we delivered, 15 minutes later, and two rounds of customers later, the car did not arrive, when asking they said they were still in the delivery range ... they went down according to my car and it was not, they were wrong and they did not correct it but they left it in oblivion for 15 more minutes, I returned already upset to demanded my car and said to show him my proof of payment ticket, it because they no longer knew what car it was, they also asked for particular features on the plates ... they had lost it. 10 min later the car arrived. It was a very long waiting time, much carelessness. NOT recommended parking.
