★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta en un buen lugar tiene acceso por república de Uruguay y por República del Salvador, durante la contingencia desinfectan los autos al recibirlos y al momento de entregarlos, está bien señalizado el sentido en los pasillos para que no haya aglomeraciones de personas, cuentan con alcohol desinfectante a disposición de los clientes, en el área de espera para entregar los carros están bien separados los lugares para sentarse, no es barato pero considero que vale la pena por las meticulosas medidas de sanitarias.

No conforme con tener una tarifa altísima, la infraestructura del recinto dificulta enormemente que los vehículos que solamente tienen tracción delantera logren subir la rampa. Los empleados me dijeron que esto les sucede con frecuencia ? y pese a ello son intransigentes!! Cuando les indiqué que ya no estacionaría aquí me forzaron a subir la rampa que claramente estaba maltratando mi vehículo para poder salir excusándose en que su sistema no los deja. No conformes con su ineptitud pretendían que pagara el boleto de un servicio que no utilicé!! Voy a denunciarlos en la PROFECO!

Me sacaron la gasolina de mi auto, aproximadamente 15 litros. Cómo llevaba un poco de prisa, no me di cuenta hasta que ya había salido del estacionamiento. Aunque no dudo que si hubiera reclamado lo iban a negar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre súper amables, desinfectan por dentro los autos antes de estacionarlos y al entregarlos. Dan una hora gratis si llevan ticket de Palacio de Hierro y de algunos restaurantes cercanos.
Always super friendly, they disinfect the cars inside before parking them and when delivering them. They give one free hour if they have a ticket from Palacio de Hierro and from some nearby restaurants.
