★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo. Su horario supuestamente termina a las nueve de la noche. Llegamos a las 8 y ya habían cerrado. Llamamos y nos dijeron que no podían hacer nada, que no sabían a qué hora llega el vigilante. Nos dejaron varados en Querétaro sin asumir ninguna responsabilidad. Su excusa fue que en la ventanilla había un letrero que indicaba que cerraban más temprano de lo habitual. Eso deberían decirlo al entregar el boleto. Su obligación como prestadores de servicio es asegurarse de que el cliente esté enterado de las modificaciones al horario de atención.
Appalling. His schedule supposedly ends at nine at night. We arrived at 8 and they had already closed. We called and they told us there was nothing they could do, they didn't know what time the watchman would arrive. They left us stranded in Querétaro without assuming any responsibility. His excuse was that there was a sign on the window that said they were closing earlier than usual. That should be said when handing over the ticket. Their obligation as service providers is to make sure that the client is aware of the modifications to the opening hours.
