Osea por una vez que me estacioné tengo que bajar una app, qué pasa con los que no tienen datos o espacio para descargar una app o simplemente no tienen un smartphone? Quiero pagar y los negocios donde venden el tiempo abren hasta las 10 no se puede hacer ejercicio con tranquilidad por que te multan.. le dije al oficial que quería pagar que no me negabay le di uno de a 100 y dijo yo no puedo hacer nada...... le voy a poner la multa ya desde las 8 ya esta fregando a la ciudadania. debería de multar entonces hasta las 10 ya que puedan vender tiempo los locales de por ahi a la redonda.
