★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡Lo peor! Su empleada es bastante grosera con los clientes, más de una vez me han tratado muy mal a mí y a familiares. Si pueden eviten pedir el servicio a éste Estafeta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo que puedo opinar de estafeta está la recepción bien y todo,pero solo hay una persona al tanto de paquetería lo cual hace demasiado lento el proceso.. de ahí en fuera todo bien excelente!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que mal servicio,no es posible que no puedan proporcionar un poco de cinta adhesiva y ni bolígrafo y no quieran ni siquiera poner la hoja que se le pone a la caja,uno como cliente no sabe cómo trabajan,entonces ellos deberían de hacerlo.muy desepcionado del servicio y falta de profesionalismo por parte de la persona que está al frente del negocio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señora que atiende es muy déspota, se enoja y te regaña si no traes preparado tu paquete, aunque tiene cajas para vender y enviar tu paquete no te los ofrece hasta que le preguntas, siempre anda ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio nunca me ha gustado, he tenido que hacer envío por medio de estafeta xq así me lo han requerido, pero definitivamente si hay una paquetería que nunca usaría sería estafeta. Las personas que te atienden siempre están con mala actitud, te atienden como si te hicieran un favor y de mala gana, te hacen sentir que deberías irte a otro lado a hacer tus envíos.
I have never liked the service, I have had to send it through the courier because they have required it, but definitely if there is a parcel that I would never use, it would be the courier. The people who serve you always have a bad attitude, they treat you as if they were doing you a favor and reluctantly, they make you feel that you should go elsewhere to make your shipments.
