La persona que aparece a continuación (empleado de estafeta) intentó quedarse con mi paquete finalizando una entrega ficticia que no llegó. Previamente tuve que cudir a la oficina que se ubica frente en AV aguamilpa, denuncie que en la guía se marcó como entregado el día viernes 10 de Sep, espere hasta que la recepcionista contacto al supervisor y este a su ves contacto con este nefasto repartidor quien se aventó el cuento de que yo le había dicho en llamada telefónica que me entregará mi paquete el día lunes 13 de Sep,! Cuando no fue así!. Nunca nadie me llamó de estafeta. Hoy 13 de Sep a las 6:30 hrs me contacta dicha persona diciendo que esta afuera de mi domicilio para entregar mi paquete, admitió haber mentido y con todo cinismo haberse querido quedar con mi paquete por que,. 'pensó que nadie lo iba a reclamar'. No vuelvo a utilizar #ESTAFETA y en medida de lo posible NO LO RECOMIENDO. Si pudiera calificar más bajo que una estrella lo haría. Es más fácil cuando ya llevas tú guía y ya solo te reciben. En cuánto a envíos a domicilio hacía mí, son muy amables los repartidores y nunca he tenido ningún problema con las entregas. Además que con el rastreo sabes cuándo llegará el paquete.
