★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio. la verdd mi entrega llegó después de 15 días y luego querían q fuera a recojerlos a los correos después q c les pago a domicilio. Cuándo les preguntaba por mi paquete me decían q no sabían donde iva, como les confía uno papeles importantes así no c puede.
 Very bad service The verdd my delivery arrived after 15 days and then they wanted me to pick them up at the post office after I paid them at home. When I asked them about my package, they told me that they didn't know where I was going, as one entrusts them with important papers so I can't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es una agencia autorizada de Estafeta, solamente es un señor que compra las guías a precios realistas en la pagina de estafeta o en Mercado libre y las re-vende a precios inflados y ridículos, una guía de estafeta de 1 kg al día siguiente vale aprox. entre 100 y 140 pesos, el señor prácticamente la duplica o triplica el valor real
It is not an authorized Estafeta agency, it is just a man who buys the guides at realistic prices on the postage page or in Mercado Libre and re-sells them at inflated and ridiculous prices, a 1 kg postage guide the next day is worth approx. between 100 and 140 pesos, the man practically doubles or triples the real value

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les falta avisar por correo electrónico o algo para saber cuándo llega un paquete, ya que aunque el envío sería a mi domicilio, llegó a oficina y ni siquiera supe cuando había llegado.
They need to notify by email or something to know when a package arrives, since although the shipment would be to my address, it arrived at the office and I did not even know when it had arrived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo no le daría ninguna estrella ya que mis pedidos los entregaron en otro domicilio y ellos lo ponen como recibido y realmente es un grave problema porque como voy a pagar varios pedidos sin recibirse. Si no fuera por una casualidad que adivinaron y supieron que eran para mí, y a pesar que no sabían de qué empresa era la que entrego para regresarse. Es un gravisimooo error hacer esa tremenda equivacion cuidado con esta empresa no es confiable se los aseguro
