★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca me trajeron mi paquete y en su sistema pusieron que era zona de difícil acceso o peligrosa!!? ? Por supuesto MENTIRAS O PRETEXTOS, AHORA QUE LEO LAS OPINIONES ME DOY CUENTA QUE A NADIE LE ESTAN ENTREGANDO A DOMICILIO!!! NO VUELVO A PEDIR NADA QUE ENVIEN POR ESTAFETA!!!
They never brought me my package and in their system they put that it was an area of difficult access or dangerous!!? ? Of course LIES OR PRETEXTS, NOW THAT I READ THE OPINIONS I REALIZE THAT THEY ARE DELIVERING NOBODY AT HOME!!! I WILL NOT ASK FOR ANYTHING TO BE SENT BY MAIL!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En la sucursal de Tizayuca me trajeron 3 días llendo porque nadie me atendía y luego resulta que la sucursal fue clausurada, al llamar para ver dónde estaba nadie me respondía y el número guía me llevaba a la sucursal clausurada, a la semana de marcarles por fin me respondieron y me dijeron que mi paquete lo avían mandado a Pachuca, como no podía regerlo mandé a alguien que me hiciera el favor y resulta que deben llevar una copia de tu credencial de lector del titular y la de quién recoge en ningún lugar mencionaron eso ocasionó otro día de retraso, de que sirve pedir una cosa de forma urgente y que puedas recogerlo 9 días después, y en la sucursal fueron super groseros y te dejan esperando un montón de tiempo quien me hizo el favor me dijo que lo dejaron esperando 1 hora solo para desirle que le hacen falta papeles, en fin pesima experiensia si pueden usar otra paqueteria háganlo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No traen ningún paquete a domicilio, solo se limitan poner que: zona de alto riesgo y/o de difícil acceso. Lo peor es que ya es la segunda vez que hacen lo mismo y lo peor es que regresan tu paquete el día que notifican tu estatus y ya no puedes hacer nada para recuperar tus cosas. Aunque las empresas con las que he realizado la compra me devolvieron el dinero peto no pude obtener los productos que era lo que yo quería.
