★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi paquete lleva varias semanas en su sucursal y el anterior fue entregado en otra casa, no avisan cuando se va a realizar la entrega y no hay en donde poner una queja, los números de atención al cliente no te ayudan en nada, la información es muy ambigua.
Urge que revisen su proceso, aun estoy esperando mi paquete.
 My package has been in your branch for several weeks and the previous one was delivered to another house, they do not notify when the delivery is going to be made and there is nowhere to file a complaint, the customer service numbers do not help you at all, the information is very ambiguous.
It is urgent that you review your process, I am still waiting for my package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service! So disappointed! I have to call a billion times for them to answer the phone and inquire about my packages. They tell me it’s ready for pick up and I go to the office and it’s not there. On top of that they returned 3 of my packages back to the original destination and charged me again. Nightmare of a company!
