★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte de estafeta, tienen un completo desorden en las entregas y mienten en los tiempos de entrega, si bien la sucursal no es responsable de esto pero el corporativo si, ahorrense el mal rato y no confíen en ellos.
Terrible service from the courier, they have a complete disorder in the deliveries and they lie in the delivery times, although the branch is not responsible for this but the corporate one is, save yourself the bad time and do not trust them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peor servicio de paquetería es estafeta con ninguna paquetería batallo tanto no escanean los paquetes diariamente incluso pasan días y no les dan entrada son flojos y aparte me llega en muy mal estado lo UE me envían cuando con otras paqueterías todo me llega bien no los recomiendo para nada
The worst parcel service is a courier with no parcel I struggle so much they do not scan the packages daily even days go by and they do not give them entry they are lazy and apart from that it arrives in very bad condition what the EU sends me when with other parcels everything arrives well I do not recommend them for any

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salieron con la novedad de que la CONBIOETICA no estaba ubicada donde está, parece que como acaban de regresar a su antiguo domicilio, el mensajero no se tomó la molestia ni siquiera de llevar mi paquete, las opciones que ofrecen no son para nada adecuadas (venga por su paquete o se lo mando a un punto de venta, osea?) en fin solo espero mi envío llegue, obvio tuve que comunicarme a la paquetería, confirmar el domicilio y ellos aún se darán en lujo de tomarse 2 días hábiles para gestionar algo de lo que solo ellos son responsables.
They left with the news that CONBIOETICA was not located where it is, it seems that as they have just returned to their old address, the courier did not even bother to take my package, the options they offer are not adequate at all (come on for your package or do I send it to a point of sale, that is?) in the end I just wait for my shipment to arrive, obviously I had to contact the parcel service, confirm the address and they will still have the luxury of taking 2 business days to manage something for which only they are responsible.
