Cada envío los tiene uno que estar arreando como a los burros para que hagan su trabajo, marcan zonas de "alto riesgo" a lo tonto, un paquete llegó un miércoles sucursal por ser etiquetado así, y el viernes de esa semana recibí otro paquete en mi domicilio sin problema, quien es el genio de primaria trunca que segrega las entregas, o tienen un algoritmo pésimo. En atención a clientes, levantar reportes es perdida de tiempo, solo responden sí es procedente o no, nunca dan explicaciones. De paquetería GRANDE lo único que tienen es el nombre. PÉSIMA PAQUETERÍA, NO LA RECOMIENDO.
