★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuentan con las medidas sanitarias correctas , la atención es muy buena y es de las pocas sucursales donde no se molestan cuando les pregunto detalles sobre mi envío, al contrario muy entusiasta el muchacho de lentes que está ahi
La fila siempre avanza muy rápido, pese a la gente y cantidad de paquetes que recibe la oficina
Eh tenido la oportunidad de ir a otras sucursales con más personal, menos gente y el servicio no es tan eficiente, todo lo contrario en esta oficina, de igual manera me apoyaron a comunicarme con atención a clientes, bien ahí estafeta, más personal como aquí
El horario es el correcto, solamente que a veces tiende a tener clientes que se confunde con el horario de las 9 am,me incluyo ya que así aparece en Maps
De todas las sucursales que se encuentran en el centro histórico, está y la de Cuba, son las que más recomiendo
El único detalle es que no cuenta con estacionamiento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ @Estafeta muy mal no quisieron recibir mi caja según por que esta muy suave, el contenido que voy a mandar no pesa mas de 5 kg, (la foto que aparece en la bici), delante de mi iba otra persona con otro paquete mas grande y más pesado ¿necesariamente debo ponerle piedras para enviar mi paquete?, muy mal estafeta. Pésimo servicio, encima de todo el chico Moreno (si se alcanza a er en la foto al interior de la sucursal donde aparece mi paquete y la bici, ya que amarre mi paquete para ir a otra sucursal me dice que 'si quiere, le ponemos otra caja', ¡Es neta!, qpkm #Estafeta5defebreroychimalpopoca. Me largo.
