★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy malhumorada la chica que atiende. El servicio dos tres, ya me han devuelto paquetes sin siquiera ir a mi domicilio, mucho menos han dejado aviso. Muy lejos de la entrada moderna de la piedad. Sinceramente la competencia está ofreciendo mejor servicio, no por nada empresas como mercado libre los a excluido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivo a unos 30 minutos de la oficina, mi paquete lleva una semana ahí y no se mueve, cabe aclarar que contiene productos que necesitan ciertas condiciones para conservarse, posición vertical, no exponer a la luz, debe estar en un rango de temperatura etc. Asumo que no está bajo esas condiciones. Llamo a la oficina para saber que necesito para recogerlo o para saber qué días hacen envíos a este lugar y no contestan, además si consulto las fechas de entrega a mi código postal me aparecen diferentes días según el dispositivo desde el cual consulte (smartphone, computadora, tablet). Es un producto bastante escaso y agotado, seguro tendré que cancelar la compra para recuperar mi dinero y esperar meses a que vuelva a estar disponible seguro a un precio mucho más alto. Gracias estafeta la Piedad! Yo nunca elegiría estafeta para envíos, mercado libre selecciona la paquetería directamente, el vendedor está sin su dinero y yo sin mi producto, el cual temo que ya no esté en buenas condiciones. Nunca utilicen estafeta, si compras en mercado libre pregunta al vendedor que paquetería usarán y si es estafeta cancela la compra, no arriesgues tu tiempo ni tu producto. Ojo, no merece la estrella obligatoria para poder opinar.

Primero por mercado libre como comprador, ni si quiera llego el envió, no son buenos ni de preguntar el domicilio y eso que es un negocio bastante conocido y que se encuentra en google, lo entregaron a otra persona...En otras compras han tardado un montón en entregarlo, en fin. Como vendedor de la plataforma, no hacen recolecciones, aunque se hayan pedido con antelación y eso agregándole que no cierran a las 6:45 (como dice aquí mismo) sino a las 6:20 ya esta cerrado todo. Recomiendo 1000 veces ir a otras paqueterias.
