★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, pagas por recolección y no la realizan, tienes que llevarles tu el paquete a sus oficinas, no responden la línea telefónica de estafeta. Llegas al mostrador de plaza real y la "señorita" que está ahí sirve para todo menos para ayudar a los clientes. Que pena que tengamos que recurrir a empresas de logística extranjeras, cómo DHL y Fedex, porque las nacionales no están interesadas en ofrecer servicios de calidad. Eso sí, para cobrar son muy eficientes.
 Terrible service, you pay for collection and they do not perform it, you have to take your package to their offices, they do not answer the telephone line of the post office. You arrive at the plaza real counter and the "young lady" who is there serves everything except helping customers. Too bad we have to resort to foreign logistics companies, such as DHL and Fedex, because the national ones are not interested in offering quality services. Of course, to collect they are very efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible servicio, súper tardado, una sola persona para recibir paquetes y atender al cliente. Me tardé 58 minutos en poder enviar un triste paquete, y eso que yo ya traía la guía impresa. La persona que atirnde dijo que su sistema estaba fallando. Por eso no me gusta ESTAFETA, pero en esta ocasión no me quedó de otra porque mercado libre me generó en automático la guía con esta marca. Normalmente prefiero a cualquiera de la competencia y creo que así seguiré.
Terrible service, super late, one person to receive packages and serve the customer. It took me 58 minutes to send a sad package, and I already had the printed guide. The person attending said his system was failing. That's why I don't like ESTAFETA, but this time I had no choice because free market automatically generated the guide with this brand. Normally I prefer anyone from the competition and I think I will continue that way.

Track my package and the status says delivered and I have not received my package so they are falsifying information and I dial 01800 and they never respond if they would see if each branch had its own line for the public
