Mala atención ayer cerraron antes de lo indicado y ya no nos quisieron recibir un paquete, el dueño debería de pensar en cambiar su personal, tienes muy malos comentarios aquí.

Pésima atención siempre, son muy flojos y ya no quieren trabajar desde la 1 de la tarde en sábados y cierran a las 2, y entre semana cierran a las 5 y ya no quieren trabajar desde las 3. Siempre que voy tienen pésima actitud y dan mal servicio. No vayan para que tomen medidas necesarias

He vivido uno de los absurdos más grandes en los últimos meses. Llevé un paquete que era la devolución de unas botas, lo embalé como originalmente venía, la caja de las botas y una envoltura de papel; conociendo el trato que Estafeta le da a los paquetes, le adicioné una bolsa de plástico reciclada de un envío de amazon, para evitar mayor desgaste y maltrato de la caja. Cuando estoy en la sucursal: - Empleada: "no recibimos paquetes en bolsas de plástico" y me señala en letrero que tienen. - Yo: "pero si ya viene envuelto y sellado, que hago", - Empleada: "la podemos meter en una caja" - Yo: puse una cara de, no digas... Salí y tuve que romper la bolsa, deje solo la envoltura de papel. Ya tenía tiempo que no llevaba un paquete a Estafeta (meses), pero antes los recibían en bolsas, está bien, que bueno que "tenga un compromiso" con el medio ambiente, pero que tengan un poco de criterio y coherencia. Donde cree la empleada que iba a terminar la bolsa?, no uses una bolsa de plástico, nosotros te vendemos una caja, jajajaja; claro, como esas no contaminan. 26 de abril de 2022

It had been a while since I took a package to Estafeta (months), but before they received them in bags, that's fine, it's good that they "have a commitment" to the environment, but that they have a little criteria and coherence.
