★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendo en Mercado Libre y se me canceló una venta porque Estafeta jamás pasó por mi producto en recolección a pesar de que la programé con dos días de anticipación, si no pueden dar el servicio avisen! El colmo es que esta sucursal de Refugio esta a solo 10 minutos del punto donde solicité la recolección!
 I am selling at Mercado Libre and a sale was canceled because Estafeta never passed by my product in collection even though I scheduled it two days in advance, if they cannot provide the service, let them know! The last straw is that this branch of Refugio is only 10 minutes from the point where I requested the collection!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Operadores cero amables. Jamás se acercan a la dirección siempre ponen pretextos. Nada recomendable. Y si haces tu queja vía telefónica la respuesta es aún peor. Jamás vuelvo a utilizar su servicio.
Terrible service. Friendly zero operators. They never approach the management, they always make excuses. Nothing recommendable. And if you make your complaint by phone, the answer is even worse. I will never use your service again.

The staff (not all) are not very friendly, they open late not at the established time and the worst you pay for home delivery and you have to go get your package

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper recomendado, el acceso es en ambos lados y son muy eficientes. Literalmente te tardas más en estacionarte que en el tramite o entrega de los artículos.
Al ser muy transcurrido tienen varios transportes y constantemente están saliendo las entregas, por lo que todo se vuelve más rápido.
FORMA DE PAGO: Efectivo y tarjeta.
COVID-19: Tapete sanitizante.
Super recommended, access is on both sides and they are very efficient. It literally takes you longer to park than to process or deliver the items.
Being very elapsed they have several transports and deliveries are constantly leaving, so everything becomes faster.
