★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayer 3 de marzo 2020 a las 12.30pm fui a dejar un paquete ... llevaba guía preparada ya así que era entregar... peso 1.35kg y me cobro la mujer los 350grs extra $44 pesos lo cual ni recibo me dio... no metió mi paquete en bolsa de plástico que ponen regularmente.... hoy recibieron el paquete mi destinatario solo con 2 cosas de todo lo que mande ME ROBARON y estoy segura que fue en la.sucursal sacaron el paquete que yo mande!!! Ya levante reporte de robo! Y van a revisar cámaras ojalá la corran a la tipa!
 Yesterday, March 3, 2020 at 12:30 pm I went to leave a package ... I had a guide already prepared so it was to deliver ... weight 1.35kg and the woman charged me the extra 350grs $ 44 pesos which she did not even give me ... They did not put my package in a plastic bag that they put regularly .... today the recipient received the package with only 2 things of everything he sent I was STOLEN and I am sure it was at the branch they took out the package that I sent !!! Already raise report of theft! And they will check cameras hopefully they run it to the tipa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La actitud del chico es terrible, aparte de que lo tuve que esperar 10 minutos para que saliera de hacer lo que estaba haciendo amablemente le dije que venía a enviar unas cosas, me comentó que si ya venía empaquetado y encintado, le comenté que no ya que era la primera vez que enviaba algo por paqueteria y me dijo que tenía que venir así, procedí a preguntarle si tenía algo de cinta por esta ocasión y me dijo "Si, pero la prefiero guardar para las ventas de los clientrs" A VER QUÉ pensé que también era cliente yo. La actitud nefasta con la que empieza la semana de verdad que pobre hombre, hasta me puso de malas no es posible que ese tipo de actitudes estén aceptadas por esta empresa que en su web dice ser humana y empatica.
The boy's attitude is terrible, apart from that I had to wait 10 minutes for him to come out of doing what he was doing kindly, I told him that he was coming to send some things, he told me that if he already came packaged and taped, I told him that I no longer that it was the first time that I sent something by parcel and he told me that I had to come like this, I proceeded to ask him if he had some tape for this occasion and he said "Yes, but I prefer to save it for the sales of the clients" TO SEE WHAT I thought I was a client too. The ominous attitude with which the week really begins that poor man, even made me bad, it is not possible that such attitudes are accepted by this company that on its website claims to be human and empathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Envios en buen tiempo, los costos son mejores si se compran guías prepagadas, en 20 años que tengo usando estafeta solo he perdido 2 paquetes, así que en cuanto a eso es muy segura. Lo mejor es asegurar el envío tratándose de productos costosos solo hay que conocer bien las reglas del seguro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención nada servicial abusiva de la señora que está atendiendo en Nuevo Sur con nombre Reyna Valenzuela cobra hasta la cinta porque según mi caja en perfecto estado y pequeña debe de llevar !! Somos clientes de estafeta desde hace años ,espero ESTAFETA tenga más cuidado con el personal que contrata sin tacto para atender y haciendo su propio negocio cobrando cosas sin dar recibo.
Terrible attention not helpful abusive from the lady who is serving in Nuevo Sur named Reyna Valenzuela charges up to the tape because according to my box in perfect condition and small she must carry !! We have been clients of Estafeta for years, I hope ESTAFETA is more careful with the staff that they hire without tact to attend and doing their own business charging things without giving a receipt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Según el letrero abren a las 10am entiendo que a lo mejor 10/15 min tarde pero ya pasraron y nada, hay dos personas afuera esperando a que abran, me imagino que es normal que no respeten el horario
