★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le hace falta el acceso de silla de ruedas y personas más ágiles para la entrega de la paquetería y búsqueda de datos e información pero es muy agradable el lugar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi paquete que era una caja se mojo y me aplastaron el contenido, eran productos de limpieza y se derramaron. Muy mal servicio aparte nunca llegó a mi domicilio ? fui a recoger en oficina y el costo de paquetería era hasta mi domicilio ? mal muy mal. No lo recomiendo.
My package that was a box got wet and the contents crushed me, it was cleaning products and they spilled. Very bad service apart from it never arrived at my home ? I went to pick up at the office and the cost of parcel delivery was to my home ? bad very bad. I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues la verdad yo he tenido muchos problemas en esta sucursal, en primera por qué ni siquiera te llevan tus productos a tu casa, y la verdad siempre encuentro cerrado. Y pesimo servicio a clientes no me agrada su actitud, es bastante caro se aprovechan de que es la única paquetería qué hay en Vicente Guerrero, y aveces ni siquiera encuentran tu paquete de lo amontonado que están todos, yo opino que tienen muchas cosas que mejorar

Las personas en esta sucursal, son muy amables y atentos.
Me reservo una estrella, ya que en ocasiones el servicio es un poco descuidado, llegando a maltratar algunos paquetes. Que no es amenudo, cabe aclarar.
Aún así, es un buen servicio y lo recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo nunca he tenido problemas, en cuanto mi paquete llega me hablan por teléfono, lo único desagradable es que no entregan a domicilio y que buscan entre mil paquetes el tuyo pero con un poco más de organización todo perfecto.
I have never had problems, as soon as my package arrives they talk to me on the phone, the only unpleasant thing is that they do not deliver at home and that they search among a thousand packages for yours but with a little more organization everything is perfect.
