Otras paqueterias sí llegan sin problema, te llaman al teléfono, pero ellos hacen que vayas hasta la sucursal por tus envíos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio mando a una persona de mi entera confianza a recoger mi paquete ya que yo trabajo y no puedo ir por el y le dicen que no se puede cuando una srita. me dijo que si solo con la clave de rastreo puede recoger, por favor capaciten mejor a sus empleados ya que me están dando una información falsa y aparte quiero recomendarles que mejoren la atención al cliente es pésima, el operador de la unidad que me iba a hacer entrega ayer al cual le dije que no me encontraba en mi domicilio fue muy despota como si me estuviera haciendo un favor si hubiera sabido que mi entrega era con ustedes definitivamente mejor voy a la tienda donde realice mi compra sin necesidad de realizar su servicio el cual es nefasto
