★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me agrada que no tengan comunicación contigo para avisarte que tu paquete está en transito o ya llegó. Pará qué piden número telefónico del destinatario si no lo van a usar. Devolvieron mi paquete y tengo que esperar más.
I don't like that they don't have communication with you to let you know that your package is in transit or has already arrived. Why ask for the recipient's phone number if they are not going to use it. They returned my package and I have to wait longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención al cliente lo único malo es cuando van a entregar algo al domicilio ya que según ellos tocan cuando realmente no lo hacen y esto me a pasado más de 4 ocasiones por eso mi calificación pero de ahí en fuera lo demás está bien.
Good customer service, the only bad thing is when they are going to deliver something to the home since according to them they play when they really do not and this has happened to me more than 4 times that is why my rating but from there on out the rest is fine.
