★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención en la sucursal muy amables y muy respetuosos, en cuanto a su personal de paqueteria ( en especial daniel) es el personal más nefasto y grosero que me ha tocado en estos 3 años que llevo encargando productos para mi local, espero realmente tomen cartas sobre el asunto, ya que deja muy mal a la empresa.
The attention at the branch is very friendly and very respectful, as for its parcel staff (especially Daniel) is the most disastrous and rude staff that I have had in these 3 years that I have been ordering products for my store, I really hope they take action about the matter, since it leaves the company very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivo en Bacalar. Y si una empresa no quiere trabajar (ni manejar) a Bacalar porque acceptan paquetes para Bacalar. Ellos mentiran y devolver paquetes sin llamadas. Este paso 2 veces en 2 meses. Con amazon o dhl no tengo problemas. Pero Estafeta es horrible.
I live in Bacalar. And if a company does not want to work (or drive) to Bacalar because they accept packages for Bacalar. They will lie and return packages without calls. This step 2 times in 2 months. With amazon or dhl I have no problems. But Estafeta is horrible.
