Terrible service, it's been more than a month since I sent my package and it still hasn't arrived, it was an online purchase from coppel and they haven't even notified me of anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, la chica nunca contesta el teléfono aunque este al lado lo deja sonar, ella está en mostrador y ya que toma tus datos va a la bodega a buscar el paquete tarda aprox. de 5 a 10 min buscando, deberían de tener más personal en la sucursal, cada que vengo a recoger algún paquete pierdo de 30 min a una hora esperando porque siempre tienen una fila de gente esperando ser atendida.
Bad service, the girl never answers the phone although she lets it ring next door, she is at the counter and since she takes your data she goes to the warehouse to look for the package it takes approx. 5 to 10 minutes searching, they should have more staff at the branch, every time I come to pick up a package I waste 30 minutes to an hour waiting because they always have a line of people waiting to be served.

Llama uno a los teléfonos y nadie responde, y en la sucursal la atención es muy buena pero solamente es una persona en mostrador y no hacen mas que consultar en linea la misma información incompleta
Poor service... It says two-day service and has been in transit for more than five! The website says that it is in delivery and they do not deliver it. One calls the phones and no one answers, and at the branch the attention is very good but there is only one person at the counter and they do nothing more than consult the same incomplete information online

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención a cliente en mostrador siempre ha sido excelente, los repartidores son muy educados, sin embargo su logística de entrega y plataforma para ver estatus del número de guía son deficientes. Sus paquetes han tardado en llegar, aún antes de la pandemia. Ojalá mejoraran ese detalle.
The customer service at the counter has always been excellent, the delivery people are very polite, however their delivery logistics and platform to see the status of the guide number are deficient. Their packages have been slow to arrive, even before the pandemic. I wish they improved that detail.
