★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No le había puesto atención en la primera visita pero siempre llegas y ahi dejas en al mostrador el paquete si ya tienes guia y es todo, dije ahorita lo ingresa al sistema pero no ellas deciden cuando y a que hora lo hacen ya en la mañana dije si para medio dia no lo suben voy y lo saco de la sucursal y lo llevo a otra parte pero la vdd no vuelvo ahi?

Yo sólo le dije que iba a entregar un paquete para mercado libre y bien prepotente me dijo: "Déjalo ahí, yo no tengo tu tiempo para andarlo marcando ahorita no lo voy a marcar hasta mañana porque tengo muchas cajas por delante". Yo sólo quería dejar mi paquete e irme pero ni comprobante me dió.
Pésimo servicio. Mejor vayan a otra sucursal aunque tarden un poco más en llegar.
The girl at the front desk was extremely rude. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eviten esta sucursal a toda costa, vayan a Nuevo Sur mejor. Se tardan DÍAS en escanear tu paquete, no lo escanean frente a ti, sobretodo si es de MercadoLibre. Ahora tengo mala calificación como vendedor por demoras en mis paquetes cuando yo sí los entregué el día indicado, pero estas personas se tardan mas de 30 horas en escanear. Mi paquete era de entrega al día siguiente y mi comprador ya está enojado porque todavía ni aparece información de rastreo y mucho menos va a llegar en el tiempo prometido, y no es por mi culpa, es por la incompetencia del personal de esta sucursal. Si no lo escanean hoy, voy a ir a recoger mi paquete y llevarlo a otro lado.
Avoid this branch at all costs, go to Nuevo Sur better. It takes DAYS to scan your package, they do not scan it in front of you, especially if it is from MercadoLibre. Now I have a bad rating as a seller due to delays in my packages when I did deliver them on the indicated day, but these people take more than 30 hours to scan. My package was delivered the next day and my buyer is already angry because there is still no tracking information, much less will it arrive in the promised time, and it is not my fault, it is because of the incompetence of the staff at this branch. If it doesn't get scanned today, I'm going to go pick up my package and take it somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima actitud y atención de parte de la chica de recepción. No quiso escanear mi paquete de mercado libre cuando estaba yo presente. Ya paso un día entero y aun no me llega el correo de que mi paquete ya fue recibido y esto me preocupa mucho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, tienen la impresora ahí y no quisieron imprimir mi guía. Igual luego llego con la guía impresa y me cobran 15 pesos por ponerle cinta adhesiva a mi paquete! Nada recomendable Estafeta
