★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nada amable la chica que esta atendiendo, se inventa politicas para no realizar bien su trabajo y tampoco te brinda una solución en el caso que fuera cierta su politica, la cual no quizo mostrarme donde estaba expresada. Ya van algunas ocasiones que asisto porque es la mas cercana a mi domicilio pero siempre tengo que recurrir a otra paqueteria ya que esta sucursal tiene un pesimo trato al cliente. Si pueden mejor vayan a otra sucursal donde no te ponen inconvenientes y recibes una atencion mucho mejor.
Terrible service, the girl who is attending is not friendly, she invents policies to not do her job well and does not offer you a solution in the event that her policy was true, which she did not want to show me where it was expressed. There are already a few occasions that I attend because it is the closest to my home but I always have to resort to another parcel since this branch has a terrible customer service. If you can better go to another branch where they do not put you inconveniences and you receive much better attention.
