★ ★ ★ ★ ★ que puedo decir, estafeta no es como DHL (por lo menos en esta es raro que se pierdan paquetes) es mucho mas descuidada con los envíos (así que si vas a comprar algo frágil es mejor pagar unos pesos mas por llevarlo a DHL que a que te lo manden por Estafeta)
por experiencia propia yo vi un día como aventaban los paquetes como si fueran almohadas y se veían de lejos que eran objetos frágiles (y mas allá por la etiqueta que tienen a lado que dice "frágil" nos queda mas claro que es frágil).
What can I say, the courier is not like DHL (at least in this one it is rare that packages are lost) it is much more careless with shipments (so if you are going to buy something fragile it is better to pay a few pesos more to take it to DHL than to that they send it to you by Estafeta)
From my own experience I saw one day how the packages were thrown as if they were pillows and you could see from afar that they were fragile objects (and furthermore, because of the label that says "fragile" it is clearer to us that it is fragile).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me mandaron una caja desde EUA y me llegó con cosas faltantes, sin duda la abrieron, por qué al comunicarme en la oficina de EUA dijeron que le ponen 3 cinchos de cada lado y solo llego con uno de cada lado y me robaron unas zapatillas Steve maden, que mal que tengan personal que no respeten las cosas ajenas, no saben lo que cuesta trabajar para comprar las cosas y con que sacrificio le mandan a uno un detalle, para que ellos agarren lo que les dé su gana.
