★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Entregaron" mi paquete de mercado libre a mi nombre y no lo recibí nunca a pesar de que lo pedí tres veces, hice reportes de envío, estuve llamando para que me dijeran alguna novedad todo en tiempo y forma y al final su única respuesta después de casi un mes dando seguimiento fue "no pudimos recuperar el paquete"

Tienes que ir a recogerlo a la oficina y ahí donde viene el dilema, ya que para que te entreguen el paquete tienes que hacer cola por horas y a pleno rayo de sol porque ni un pinchi tejaban tiene el pichurriento local. Y ni que decir de los empleados que atienden. Se les dificulta la localización de los paquetes. Mucho mejor FEDEX y DHL muy superiores en su servicio.
Lousy service. Your shipment is not delivered to your address.
