E	Elba Aguirre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en esta oficina,primero no me atendieron via tellefonica ya que la señorita se escuchaba estaba platicando con varias personaspues se escuchaba y yo tomé la decición de colgar pues jamás volvió a tomarme el telefono.,al siguiente día si,pero cometieron la irresponsabilidad de entregar un paquete a mi nombre;Elba Aguirre Melesio a una persona para mí totalmente desconocida.......error garrafal por cual he metido mi hoja de investigación para la empresa ESTAFETA,ya que mi paquete llegó desde el 1o. de julio y hoy aún no se donde está,ya que la persona que lleva por nombre Pedro Resendiz a quien se lo entregaron yo lo conozco....espero la empresa sea más exigente con su personal en el cumplimiento de sus reglas....... I	Ivet Fuentes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de esta sucursal, no quisieron entregar mi paquete a domicilio aun cuando mi domicilio esta a pie de carretera y eso que se pago el envío. No recomiendo esa sucursal de Hidalgo. Terrible service from this branch, they did not want to deliver my package to my home even when my address is at the foot of the road and that the shipping was paid. I don't recommend that Hidalgo branch.
