★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia recogiendo paqueteria en el lugar puedo decir que es de 10, realmente atienden rápido, es una sucursal pequeña pero el servicio en ella es bastante bueno.
Lo único malo es el servicio de entrega a domicilio puesto que algunos lugares son catalogados como "zonas de alto riesgo" sin serlo realmente, mejorar en ese aspecto les ayudaría bastante, así como mejorar en cuanto a su atención telefónica ya que cuando marque para saber el horario de atención solo se limitaron a decir que no lo sabían.
Recomendación:
-"si van a pedir algo por estafeta y la sucursal les queda cerca, preferible que lo manden para acá "
La atención y servicio por parte de los repartidores deja mucho que desear ??
My experience picking up parcels in the place I can say that it is 10, they really serve quickly, it is a small branch but the service in it is quite good.
The only bad thing is the home delivery service since some places are classified as "high risk areas" without really being one, improving in that aspect would help them a lot, as well as improving their telephone service since when you dial to know the hours of operation they only limited to say that they did not know.
Recommendation:
- "If you are going to ask for something by courier and the branch is close by, it is preferable that you send it here"
The attention and service from the delivery men leaves much to be desired ??
