Si no les gusta su trabajo,no tienen por que ser así con los clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normalmente no he tenido problemas en esta sucursal, solo que a veces se tardan mucho buscando tu paquete y se hacen filas largas afuera del lugar.
Las personas del mostrador por lo general son amables y accesibles.
Una vez me perdieron un paquete y se lo cobraron al pobre repartidor sin que yo siquiera reclamara.
Normally I have had no problems at this branch, only sometimes take a long time looking for your package and long lines outside of the place are.
People of the counter usually are friendly and accessible.
Once I lost a bundle and charged it to the poor dealer without me even claimed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No te dejan devolver paquetes en el sobre que llegan (y que ellos mismos reciben al proveedor para entregarlos al cliente final) y tienen un paquete para mi extraviado.
They don't let you return packages in the envelope they arrive (and that they themselves receive to the supplier to deliver to the end customer) and they have a lost package for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ impuntualidad, cero seriedad, un paquete para entregar en calidad de urgente, tres semanas para entregar, llamas y cada persona te da información diferente y que mañana se entrega y así te traen, si la información de la dirección está mal, simplemente no recibo el paquete y punto, porquería de servico.
Al final terminaré a la sucursal para recoger el paquete que jaladas de Estafeta.
Pésimo servicio ??????.
Tardiness, zero seriousness, a package to deliver as urgent, three weeks to deliver, you call and each person gives you different information and that tomorrow is delivered and that is how they bring you, if the address information is wrong, I simply do not receive the package and period, crap of service.
In the end I will end up at the branch to pick up the package that you pull from Estafeta.
Terrible service ??????.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención no es la mejor pero todos los paquetes que he enviado han llegado, eso sí, son muy inflexibles con ciertas cosas, por ningún motivo olviden su cubrebocas aunque vayan a ir dos minutos porque no te atienden y no hay donde comprarlo a kilómetros y no envuelvan nada en caja negra porque les querrán vender una caja al triple de precio que la podrían conseguir en otro lado ?
The attention is not the best but all the packages that I have sent have arrived, yes, they are very inflexible with certain things, for no reason forget your face mask even if you are going to go for two minutes because they do not attend you and there is no where to buy it for kilometers and do not wrap anything in a black box because they will want to sell you a box at triple the price that you could get it elsewhere ?
