Terrible that parcel no longer exists there it sends you to another address which is not if the brand is addressed to someone in Tamaulipas street one block from Mexico in their warehouse it seems that they cannot warn that unprofessional

The employee does her job but without wanting to attend, they need to have protective plastic bags for total envelopes, they charge for them, it is not parcel service, if she wants to send it or not, these are not answers
