Pésimo servicio
Very bad service, my packages never arrive at my address and when I go to the warehouse to pick them up they give me pretexts that they have not found my package yet and then I get a message that they have already returned it???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su servicio es muy malo. Sobre todo para el envío de alimentos. Quizás sea de los más baratos, pero después sale más caro. Van dos envíos que me llegan carcomidos por roedores. El segundo no me llegó, después de una semana y con guía de día después fui a la bodega y me echaron la culpa por no embalar bien el paquete. Pero la realidad es que tienen que limpiar sus bodegas de los roedores. Envié un reporte y al principio me respondieron, pero no me ofrecieron ninguna solución. No hagas ningún envío de alimentos en Estafeta. O mejor aún, no hagas ningún envío.
Your service is very bad. Especially for shipping food. It may be one of the cheapest, but later it is more expensive. There are two shipments that arrive eaten by rodents. The second did not arrive, after a week and with a guide the day after I went to the warehouse and they blamed me for not packing the package well. But the reality is that they have to clean their cellars of rodents. I sent a report and at first they responded to me, but they did not offer me any solution. Do not send any food in Estafeta. Or better yet, don't send at all.
