★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una muy buena atención, la persona aunque no era su oficina de base buscó el dar un excelente trato y agilizar la entrega del paquete. Un punto a mejorar es el que mi paquete llegó perforado en el empaque, por la naturaleza del contenido (equipo de protección para trabajo en campo) el mismo no sufrió daño, pero si hubiera sido algo frágil si se hubiera lastimado el contenido.
Quién me atendió mostró interés en mejorar ese aspecto retroalimentando a quienes manipulan la carga, ojalá y se mejore.
A very good service, the person, although it was not his base office, sought to give an excellent treatment and speed up the delivery of the package. One point to improve is that my package arrived perforated in the packaging, due to the nature of the content (protective equipment for field work) it did not suffer damage, but it would have been somewhat fragile if the content had been damaged.
Who attended me showed interest in improving this aspect by giving feedback to those who handle the load, hopefully and it improves.
