★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención, nunca actualizan sus seguimientos. Nunca avisan que tu paquete lo tienes que recoger en su sucursal, simplemente regresan tu paquete. Solo dicen que no es su culpa y no es su responsabilidad avisarte. Pésimo servicio la verdad!
Very bad attention, they never update their follow-ups. They never tell you that you have to pick up your package at their branch, they simply return your package. They are just saying that it is not their fault and it is not their responsibility to tell you. Terrible service really!
